Who We Are
Interim HealthCare of Delaware has been a certified home health agency servicing the state of Delaware since 1986.
Interim Personal Care & Support was started in 2017 to help fill the need in the state for Direct Care Workers to assist individuals with activities of daily living within their homes.
We currently have three office locations across Delaware located in New Castle, Smyrna, and Millsboro.
We are proud to announce our partnership with the state funded CAPABLE program!
CAPABLE is a person-directed, home-based program that addresses both function and healthcare expenses. The four to five-month program integrates services from an occupational therapist (OT), a registered nurse (RN), and a handy worker who work together with the older adult to set goals and direct action plans that change behaviors to improve health, independence, and safety.
