Pediatric Nursing
Pediatric home care brings special rewards and challenges. Each Interim HealthCare professional has extensive experience in the special challenges and rewards associated with pediatric home care. We've been providing expert care to medically fragile children at home for more than a quarter of a century. And our focus remains the same - to give the patient the best care possible using a family centered approach.
Consultative Nursing
Nursing Consultation consists of the overall coordination and monitoring of the health care needs for waiver participants. These individuals live in the community setting and have a prescribed medical treatment plan. This consultation assists caregivers in carrying out individual treatment and support plans and is necessary to improve the individual's independence and inclusion in their community. This service may be delivered in the individual's home or community as described in the service plan.
CAPABLE Program
CAPABLE is a person-directed, home-based program that addresses both function and healthcare expenses. The four to five-month program integrates services from an occupational therapist (OT), a registered nurse (RN), and a handy worker who work together with the older adult to set goals and direct action plans that change behaviors to improve health, independence, and safety.
